Day 1

Fort Kochi & Willingdon Island
  • Your journey begins : At Cochin International Airport, where you are greeted and escorted to the historic Casino Hotel on Willingdon Island or the maritime-inspired Brunton Boatyard in Fort Kochi.
  • Exploration: Spend your afternoon walking through the narrow lanes of Mattancherry. Visit the Paradesi Synagogue, the Dutch Palace, and the antique shops of Jew Town.
  • The Shoreline: Witness the iconic Chinese Fishing Nets and the St. Francis Church, where Vasco da Gama was first buried.
  • Sunset: Conclude your day with a private Harbour Cruise, watching the sun dip behind the silhouettes of giant vessels and ancient architecture. 
  • Overnight at Casino Hotel/Brunton Boatyard.

Day 2

Munnar
  • The Ascent to the Munnar Tea Bungalows
  • Leave the coastal plains behind as you climb the winding roads of the Western Ghats.
  • The air turns crisp as rubber plantations give way to the sprawling tea estates of Munnar.
    • The Experience: You will stay at the Lockhart Tea Bungalows or similar CGH heritage properties. These bungalows are over 200 years old, offering a "time-travel" experience into the colonial planter's life.
    • Seclusion: Located far from the crowded town center, these remote forest settings provide a pristine, untouched version of Munnar.
    • Overnight at Munnar Tea Bungalows.

Day 3

Munnar Sightseeing

Day 4

Thekkady
  • Spice Village – Living with Nature in Thekkady
  • Drive from the high hills of Munnar to the spice-scented air of Thekkady.
  • You will check into Spice Village, a resort modelled after a traditional tribal village.
    • Sustainable Living: The cottages are thatched with elephant grass, and the resort is a self-sustaining ecosystem.
    • Activities: Participate in a culinary demonstration where the Chef explains the use of local spices. In the evening, enjoy a traditional cultural performance (Kathakali or Kalaripayattu).
    • Overnight at Spice Village.

Day 5

Kumarakom
  • Coconut Lagoon –  The Backwater Heritage Descend toward the coast to Kumarakom.
  • Your arrival at Coconut Lagoon is via boat, as the resort is nestled in a web of canals on the banks of the Kavanar River.
    • Heritage Stays: The resort features restored Tharavadu (ancestral) homes, some over 150 years old.
    • Lake Vembanad: In the evening, enjoy a sunset cruise accompanied by the haunting melodies of a live flute performance.
    • Overnight at Coconut Lagoon.

Day 6

Alleppey
  • The Private Houseboat Experience
  • Transition from land to water as you board a Spice Coast Cruise—a luxury Kettuvallam (houseboat).
    • The Voyage: Your private houseboat will glide through the narrow canals of Alleppey. Watch the village folk at work and the infinite greenery of the paddy fields.
    • Cuisine: Enjoy authentic Karimeen (pearl spot fish) and other backwater delicacies prepared fresh on board. • Overnight on the Luxury Houseboat.

Day 7

Marari Beach
  • Marari Beach – The Art of Doing Nothing
  • After a final breakfast on the water, travel to Marari Beach Resort.
  • This is not a typical raucous beach destination; it is a sanctuary of silence.
    • Garden Villas: Stay in an independent villa set amidst a coconut grove.
    • Wellness: Start with a Yoga session or a walk through the organic garden. There are no motor scooters or loud parties here—only the sound of the waves and the wind in the palms.
    • Farewell Dinner: A final culinary class followed by a themed dinner under the stars.
    • Overnight at Marari Beach Resort.

Day 8

Cochin Departure
  • Homeward Bound After a leisurely breakfast and perhaps a final dip in the Arabian Sea, your chauffeur will drive you back to Cochin International Airport for your departure.

  • Private Transport: Dedicated A/C Sedan for airport pickups, inter-city transfers, and all sightseeing tours as per the itinerary.
  • Travel Comforts: Includes all fuel charges, highway tolls, parking fees, and Driver Allowances (Batha).
  • Family Friendly: Complimentary stay for children below 5 years of age (sharing bed with parents).

What’s Excluded:

  • Additional Guests: Extra person/adult charges and extra bed costs.
  • Entry Fees: Entrance tickets to National Parks (Eravikulam), museums, boating charges, and monuments.
  • Personal Expenses: Laundry, telephone calls, tips, and any meals not mentioned in the inclusions.
  • Optional Activities: Any activities not specifically listed in the itinerary.

Important Notes for the Guest

•    Check-in/Check-out: Standard hotel check-in is at 12:00 PM / 2:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM / 11:00 AM.
•    Houseboat Timing: Houseboat check-in is at 12:00 PM. The A/C in the cabin is typically operational from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM (unless a Full-time A/C boat is specifically requested).
•    Kanyakumari Visit: The visit is subject to time and traffic conditions to ensure a safe return to Kovalam.
