Day 1

Cochin - Munnar

Ascent to the Clouds (Cochin to Munnar)
Your journey begins at Cochin International Airport or Railway Station, where our representative greets you.
As you leave the bustling city of Kochi, the landscape transforms.
The Scenic Drive: The 4-hour drive to Munnar is punctuated by cascading waterfalls and pine-covered valleys. We pass through the outskirts of the Neriamangalam bridge, the gateway to the high ranges.
Arrival at New Whispering Meadows: Check into your Deluxe Cottage. Nestled amidst manicured lawns and tea gardens, this resort offers the perfect blend of colonial charm and modern comfort.
Evening Leisure: The first evening is yours to breathe in the crisp mountain air. Explore the local Munnar town market or enjoy a quiet dinner overlooking the valley.
Stay: New Whispering Meadows (Deluxe Cottage).

Day 2

Munnar

The Emerald Tapestry of Munnar
After a sumptuous breakfast, we embark on an exhaustive exploration of Munnar’s most iconic landmarks.
Eravikulam (Rajamalai) National Park: Start early to witness the Nilgiri Tahr in its natural habitat. The view of the Anamudi Peak from here is staggering.
The Tea Heritage: Visit the Tea Museum to understand how the humble leaf is transformed into the world’s most famous brew.
The Lake Circuit: We visit Mattupetty Dam, where the reflection of the hills in the still water is a sight to behold. Follow this with Echo Point, where the natural acoustics of the valley never fail to delight, and finally, the serene Kundala Lake.
Attukal Waterfalls: A quick stop at these falls provides a refreshing end to your day’s sightseeing.

Day 3

Thekkady

The Spice Frontier (Munnar to Thekkady)
The drive from Munnar to Thekkady (Periyar) is arguably the most beautiful road in Kerala, winding through thick forests and spice plantations.
Arrival in Thekkady: Check into Thekkady Woods. The resort serves as a gateway to the Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary.
The Spice Experience: Walk through a local spice market where the air is thick with the scent of pepper, cinnamon, and cloves.
Periyar Lake Cruise: In the afternoon, board a boat on the Periyar Lake. Keep your binoculars ready; this is one of the few places in India where you can observe wild elephants, gaur, and sambar deer from the safety of a boat.
Stay: Thekkady Woods (Deluxe Room).

Day 4

Kumarakom

Into the Heart of the Backwaters (Thekkady to Kumarakom)
After breakfast, we descend from the hills toward the emerald plains of Kumarakom, located on the banks of the mighty Vembanad Lake.
The Houseboat Experience: At noon, board your Private Deluxe Houseboat. This is a floating villa, traditionally called a Kettuvallam.
Floating Through Life: As you cruise through the narrow canals of Kumarakom, you will witness the unique "water-life" of Kerala—fishermen casting nets, children playing on the banks, and endless stretches of paddy fields.
The Culinary Delight: Enjoy traditional Kerala meals prepared on board by your personal chef, featuring local delicacies like Karimeen Pollichathu (pearl spot fish).
Stay: Overnight on the Houseboat, anchored in the peaceful backwaters.

Day 5

Kumarakom – Cochin Departure

Farewell to God's Own Country (Kumarakom to Cochin)
Wake up to the gentle sound of water.
After a traditional breakfast on the deck, it’s time to head back to the city.
Departure: We drive you back to Cochin. If time permits, we can enjoy a short sightseeing tour of Fort Kochi’s Chinese Fishing Nets and Jewish Synagogue before dropping you at the Airport or Railway Station for your journey home.
