Day 1

Your corporate journey begins with a seamless pick-up from Cochin International Airport or Railway Station.
As your team ascends into the cool altitudes of Munnar, the transition from city stress to mountain calm begins.
- The Journey: En route, we pause at the Valara and Cheeyappara Waterfalls. These stops act as the first "ice-breaker" moments for your team, offering spectacular photo opportunities.
- Arrival & Check-in: Upon reaching the resort (Le Mont Forte or similar Deluxe accommodation), your team will be welcomed with a traditional Kerala greeting.
- Evening Ice-Breakers: After lunch, we transition into the first phase of Team Building Activities. These are curated to break hierarchy barriers and encourage open communication.
- Networking Dinner: A quiet evening dinner allows for informal networking before the strategic sessions begin the next day.
- Overnight stay at the resort.

Day 2

The second day is the core of the retreat, dedicated to performance assessment and future goal setting.
- The Morning Session: Utilize our high-tech conference facilities for an Overall Assessment of company performance. The hall is equipped for seamless PowerPoint Presentations, high-speed Wi-Fi, and professional AV support.
- Strategic Breaks: We believe "eureka" moments happen during breaks. Our 11:30 AM tea break is served in the gardens, allowing the fresh mountain air to revitalize the session.
- Recognition & Awards: The afternoon session culminates in a formal Awards Ceremony. Recognizing top performers in an environment like Munnar adds a level of prestige and memorability to the achievement.
- The Afternoon Excursion: If the agenda permits, we take a short guided walk through the Pothamedu Tea Gardens and Woods or visit the Mattupetty Dam, where team members can enjoy a collaborative boating experience.
- Gala Night: The retreat concludes with a high-energy Gala Dinner and DJ Night. This is the ultimate celebration of your team's hard work, fostering loyalty and camaraderie that lasts long after returning to the office.

Day 3

Munnar - Cochin

Reflection & Departure
After a final team breakfast, we hold a brief "Closing Circle" or reflection session to solidify the takeaways from the retreat.
Check-out: We depart from the resort at 10:00 AM.
Transfer: Your team is transported back to Cochin for their onward journey. As you descend from the hills, your team returns not just rested, but aligned and energized for the quarter ahead.
